  • Name, Citizenship and Education level that is entered on the My Evaluation Pal application
  • Educational transcripts that are uploaded to the My Evaluation Pal application

When you visit the My Evaluation Pal application, we may also collect information, which cannot be used to identify any one individual, via log files or cookies that can assist us in improving the user experience of the application.

How we use collected information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • To provide credential evaluation services to educational institutions via the My Evaluation Pal application
  • To improve our services and product
  • To respond to your help tickets and to provide customer service

Sharing of the information we collect

Except as disclosed in this policy, we do not share or sell personally identifiable information you have given us to any third party without your permission. We share certain information, with your consent, with known third parties so that transcripts may be evaluated and/or translated. This is done in order to provide the contracted services.   We may provide personally identifiable information including name and educational transcripts to certain service providers to perform functions on our behalf. These services include, but are not limited to, translation, data extraction and analysis.   In all cases, we have agreements in place with third party vendors to govern the sharing of information. Third party vendors are limited to using the information provided to them to accomplish a defined set of contracted tasks solely for the purpose of providing transcript evaluation services to educational institutions. Contracted third parties do not store personally identifiable information. Your information is not permitted to be used by them for any purpose other than that which is described above.

Security of your information

Byte Brain AI LLC is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We implement industry-standard safeguards to maintain the security and privacy of the information you provide to us. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however. While Byte Brain AI LLC has implemented reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, Byte Brain AI LLC cannot guarantee its absolute security. We recommend that approved-users log-in to the My Evaluation Pal application only when using the services, and log-out when the application is not being actively used.

When you visit the login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
